We  only  accept payment by Bacs or cheque for gold, silver, jewellery and coins from first time buyers to Bentleys.  Cheque payments will need to be cleared before we are able to release goods.

Buyer`s Premium 20% + VAT.

Lots purchased online with the-saleroom.com will attract an additional charge for this service in the sum of 4.95% of the hammer price plus VAT at the rate imposed (Charged by the-saleroom.com).

All email enquiries will be answered on the Thursday and Friday prior to each auction.

PACKING, SHIPPING, & STORAGE CHARGES

1. We do not offer in-house packing, despatch and shipping. We recommend Mailbox:

2. All buyers must arrange collection of their goods within 21 days of the relevant auction (excluding furniture). After which Bentley's reserve the right to charge storage of a minimum of £5 plus VAT per day and goods will not be released until this has been paid. Furniture must be removed within 14 days of the relevant auction after which furniture items will be put into storage and storage charges may apply.

3. Bentley’s Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to items due to circumstances beyond their control.
